Tracey has been with RB99 since 2015 and is the steady heartbeat of the office. A trusted bookkeeper who’ll happily jump in wherever needed, she’s the one keeping the wheels turning - and the one everyone turns to. It’s no surprise she’s affectionately known as the “office mum.”

Day to day, Tracey keeps the numbers neat and the cashflow calm, she also partners closely with Property Management and Sales & Leasing to make sure trust transactions, settlements, marketing costs, and supplier accounts are tidy and transparent.

But Tracey’s value goes well beyond the ledger. She smooths the little operational wrinkles that pop up in a busy agency - jumping on reception if needed, helping onboard new starters, and generally keeping the vibe friendly, organised, and supportive. Calm, warm, and a straight shooter, she looks after people as carefully as she looks after the books.

Off the tools: Tracey’s a proud mum of two boys and shares her home with her husband and Axel (the beloved dog) and cats Barry and Ginger - never a dull moment.
