Client Care Coordinator / Office Support (L.R.E.A.)After joining our team in 2024, and with 15+ years in real estate, Susan is RB99’s go-to for market appraisals - preparing clear, well-documented reports for tax purposes and SMSF compliance.
Day to day, Susan is the organiser of our sales, leasing, and property management operations. She supports the team with documentation, lease and contract admin, and tidy critical-date tracking, so deals and compliance stay on schedule.
On the compliance front, Susan assists with coordinating fire safety compliance across the portfolio - scheduling essential services testing, tracking actions, and making sure Annual Fire Safety Statements and certificates are up to date and filed correctly. She also follows up with tenants to ensure their public liability policies are kept up to date.
What clients and colleagues value most is Susan’s mix of problem-solving smarts, and calm, no-fuss communication. She spots issues early, lines up the fix, and keeps everyone in the loop.
Off the tools: On the weekend Susan is usually catching up with family and friends, attending a trivia event or planning the next holiday - always keen to explore somewhere new.
