Tegan joined RB99 in 2023 and slotted straight into the Property Management support crew. With strong experience in Commercial Real Estate - especially property management - she fits our cross-functional way of working, backing up Sales, Leasing, and PM wherever the action is.

From the first meeting it was obvious: Tegan brings energy, capability, and a genuinely friendly approach. The kind of teammate who always has time for a helpful chat, she made a great impression before she’d even left the interview.

Day to day, Tegan leads our Routine Inspections program across the managed portfolio - clear reports, practical recommendations, and prompt follow-through. She also tackles overflow PM tasks with calm efficiency, keeping owners updated, tenants looked after, and the wheels turning without fuss.
