Day to day, Tina is all about clarity and consistency. She keeps tenants up to date with rent, makes sure insurances are current and meet lease requirements, and manages lease renewals. She also oversees fire safety compliance, coordinating the moving parts so owners meet their obligations and buildings stay safe. Efficient, organised, and quietly relentless - Tina gets it done and keeps everyone in the loop.
