Day to day, Jodi oversees repairs and maintenance across the portfolio: logging issues, scoping works, lining up the right trades, and keeping owners and tenants in the loop with clear, no-fuss updates.
She also steers notice-to-vacate transitions - coordinating timelines, exit inspections, make-good requirements, and bond wrap-ups - so properties turn around quickly and come back to market in great shape.
She’s calm under pressure and is there to help when tenants or owners need us most, practical with working with each individuals budgets, and thorough on compliance - fire safety, insurer requirements, and lease obligations are all squared away.
Off the tools: Weekends are usually family time - out on the boat in the Port Hacking River or cheering on her kids at sports around the Sutherland Shire.
