Problem Solver / Director of Property Management (L.R.E.A.)Amy joined RB99 in 2013 and quickly kept Ray and Ben on track, smoothing out the sales and leasing administration, and pitching in with Property Management whenever something needed doing. She’s the sort of operator who spots a clunky process from a mile off and quietly fixes it before lunch.
By 2019, Amy stepped into Property Manager full-time and got to work sharpening the way we do things - clearer workflows, faster responses, fewer surprises.
Not one to sit still, Amy also lends her hand to Sales & Leasing. She’s got a good eye for design and a feel for what plays well online, so our listings look the part and our socials stay on-brand without the fluff.
In 2025, Amy became a Director of RB99. These days she leads the Property Management crew, backs up the Sales & Leasing team when needed, and keeps the whole show running smoothly - steady, fair, and always up for a sensible chat to sort things out.
Off the tools: Weekends are for family. You’ll find Amy with her fiancé and their two young daughters chasing sunshine, beach walks, playgrounds, and the odd cheeky bakery stop.
