SINCE 1999

Ray Miller began his real estate career in 1986 selling farms and acreages and handling project marketing, before taking up commercial & industrial real estate in 1987, in the Sutherland Shire.

In 1️999, Ray Miller became a partner at Lj Hooker Commercial Miranda. This was the start of what would eventually become Ray & Ben’s journey together building the empire that they have worked so hard to create and continue to grow.

Ben Steege entered the Real Estate Industry in 1991 joining Chris Burke & Co until 1998, becoming a LREA in 1997 and a Justice of the Peace in 1995. After gaining a wealth of experience Ben moved to Cripps & Cripps Commercial as Manager of the Commercial Department, a position which he held for over 8 years. Whilst enjoying the experience and growth of property management, Ben’s goal was visualised when he became a Partner/ Director at LJ Hooker Commercial Sutherland Shire in 2008.

Since its inception in 1999, Ray Miller and Ben Steege have grown the business organically and currently manage in excess of 470 properties including retail shops and supermarkets, commercial buildings and strata suites as well as industrial complexes and freestanding warehouses.

The move over to their own brand has come from their desire to have their own creative freedom with branding, marketing and also to provide our clients with a more personal approach to Commercial Real Estate.

Ray and Bens’ ability to communicate on all levels of business is of utmost importance as they dealing with like-minded small business people, the largest employers in the country, to our investors who are institutions and individuals alike.
